• If, after one growing season (6 months) you are not satisfied that your EarthBox® gardening system has performed as advertised, EarthBox® gardening system Africa will refund the total purchase cost (excluding shipping and handling) of the relevant EarthBox® gardening system components.
• This guarantee only applies if:
  • the EarthBox® gardening system and all its components are returned within 12 months of purchase.
  • valid proof of purchase is presented upon return of the EarthBox® gardening system and its components.
  • all components used were genuine EarthBox® gardening system products and no component was substituted with another type or brand (e.g.: substituting potting mix for EarthBox® gardening system growth medium).
  • all EarthBox® gardening system components were bought directly from EarthBox® gardening system Africa.
